Neon nail art with blue and black glitter gradient

A neon yellow mani with a glitter gradient. Loved this one! This is also for nail challenge collaborative this month which happened to have the theme Neon.

Hope that there'll soon be some more action here soon. Because I'll be joining 31dc again, and as I've longed for it. But first this:

Polishes used:

Comparison: Color Club - Port-Folio vs. Miyo - Mars

I knew that they weren't dupe's, but I thought they where similar, purple base and greenish color shift. I almost didn't buy Mars, because I thought it might be too similar. But when I compared them I saw that they where miles away from each other. What can we learn from this? Well, always buy polishes ;)

My index finger and ring finger are Miyo - Mars and my middle finger and little finger are Port-Folio. The pictures says it all but Color Club - Port-folio has a warm warm purple base towards a yellow toned green when shifting. And Miyo - Mars has a cold purple base towards teal. The color shifts in Port-Folio are also more visible.

What do you think? Comparing them like this Port-Folio is much more striking than Mars, but I still like them both.

Miyo - Mars, swatch

Hi, today I have a duochrome polish to show for a change, I've used a bunch of multichromes, so now we only have one color change to look at. Miyo is a brand I don't own so many of, they're a bit more expensive than other brands (like 5-6 euro), but for color changing polishes I can spend a bit more, even though this isn't the most color changing I got.

I thought that Miyo - Mars was similar to CC - Port-folio but bought it anyhow and now I'm glad I did since it has turned out to be very different. I needed 3 coats for it to cover. The main color is purple leaning towards blue and the duochrome shimmer is a teal green (ie green towards blue.) It was hard to photograph but I tried in different lights so you can see some difference at least.
