Neon leopard nail art + matching pedicure

Today I have some nails from last summer, I've been a bit reluctant with these because they come with a bad memory, not with the nail art though. While I had these on I did some acrylic nails on a work buddy and I got an allergic reaction even though I was super careful, I think I accidentally nudged a piece of paper which acrylic acid while cleaning away the stuff (because I had gloves on during the whole thing). Anyhow, to make a long story short, the allergic reaction made my cuticle itch terrible and I got tiny little bumps on the skin around my nails (it doesn't show so much but if you look carefully you can see it in some of the photos). After the photos I removed my polish and went no-polish for a week or more to really make my nails relax from any chemicals. I also went crazy and oiled constantly. One thing is for sure, I wont touch acrylics again, I'll stick with nail polish. ^^

Anyhow, to the nail art; I did a gradient with neon green, yellow and pink and then I did dots in the same colors and then filled them in leo style. Quite happy with the result.
And warning to the sensitive ones; there's one picture in the end with my matching pedicure. :)

Orange cartoon nails / traffic signs? +pedicure

Hi! I've finally finished my summer job and I'm planning to get back to some more regular blogging. :D Starting today with a freshly made NOTD which of course match with the theme of Nail Art Sunday which is; Traffic Signs. Or well, I knew I wanted to make cartoon nails and decided to make them orange to look like a sign of some kind and realized that the swedish "F24" was a match. (a sign to temporarily redirect traffic.) At the end of the post, after the bottles, I have a pedicure nail art in matching colors if you want to check it out. But if you're against feet you have been warned ;)

The sign in question.

Polishes used:
Kleancolor - Mango
Kleancolor -White
ZTIZ - (black creme)

And as "bonus", matching pedicure nail art. Did the image small so the sensitive ones can scroll away easier. All images are clickable for larger size as usual.

Old archive nails: Asian inspired manicure and pedicure

I'm continuing with my theme with old archive manicures found deep in the archive and today I have a matching manicure and pedicure so if you're allergic to feet or perhaps nail polish on the cuticles you might wanna close your eyes. ;) These photos are from December 2011, two years from now.

I have mentioned it before but I quite often have nail art on my toes as well, however I don't always photograph it. Again with this posts, it's fascinating to realize that I didn't see that I needed clean up for this and nowdays I really try to paint as delicate as I can to make less clean up. Anyhow, I think that the manicure pattern combined with the pedicure flowers, all in the same colors feels a bit asian. I also must say that I actually like this a lot and I must recreate this! :D

Polishes are mostly unknown, but probably;
Paris Memories (black)
L.A. Color's art Deco - Silver
L.A. Color's art Deco - Black
(Unknown red)
(Unknown white)
2MM pearl rhinestones.

Matching pedicure and manicure nail art with flowers and stripes

It's nail art sunday at Lelack and this time Lela decided that the theme was pedicure. I didn't mind that, I actually have nail art on my feet most of the time but I seldom photograph them because I don't think people are that interested in my feet. Another thing is that I'm so much sloppier with cleanup when it comes to my toe nail so I hope that you can bare with me on this post. My post today is a bit late but the reason is because today has been the warmest day so far and I've been out all day, eating sushi, done some shopping, eating ice cream and stuff like that.

Enough rambling.. Most of the time my manicure and pedicure doesn't match but this time I wanted them to match. I also wanted to take this opportunity to show what kind of manicure I mostly have on my toes, which is this type of flower in different in different color combinations. This time I choose a super feminine color combination.

And here we have it, the light was a bit of an issue, normally I take my shots of my nails close to a window or outdoors. Colorwise the photo below is most correct.

Polishes used:
Kleancolor - Pastel Purple
L.A. Colors Art Deco - Baby Blue
BK nail art color (white)
China Glaze - Hang-Ten Toes
2 MM blue rhinestones

Hope that was enough feet for the pedicure-theme of today and those of you with toe issues didn't die dropping in here. ;)

Red flower pedicure

They don't appear often but sometime they do; my toes and their nail art. Sadly no clean up but I hope we can live with that and instead look at the nail art.

On all nails I've made stripes and I've accented the big toes with flowers and also added moon and star shaped rhinestones in the middle of the flower.
I like how this came out, especially the black lines outlining everything and I also don't mind left and right being different.

I actually don't remember what brand the blue base is but I'll give you the rest.
Polishes used:
L.A. Colors Art Deco - Black
Sure Promise (white, red, orange)
Color club Art Club - Titania Gold (the stripes)

Black and yellow flower pedicure nail art

I'm showing of more pedicures. I almost never like my pedicure nail arts but maybe someone else like it or can get inspiration of it.

It is also that kind of pedicure nail art in which all nails have nail art on them. Simple otherwise is just to pimp the big toe.

Ehm, actually this reminded me of the Swedish Triss lottery (as the Swedish readers probably recognizes).

Brown gradient funky french manicure and blue french pedicure

Today I have a gradient funky french, in brown. I'm not sure I like it, it some how reminds me of raw meat?! I don't know..anyhow at the same time I had a blue french pedicure. All polishes are Sure Promise.

As I said before, Sure Promise don't have any number or name. Here are the ones I used for this mani/pedi.

Black and white pedicure nail art with pearl rhinestones

Here's a pedicure nail art from two summers ago, I thought it's summer and do we use sandals and open-toe otherwise? First of all I have to say, I hate toes, my own and others. How ever I do look after them and they are as well always polished, and yes in the majority of time I have some sort of nail art on them. Very often I try to match my pedicure with my manicure, however the toe nails survives longer.

On the toes I have 1MM pearl rhinestones, black and white pearl as can be seen.
And here I've got the matching nails, however I can't figure out why there's no rhinestones on the nails? I'm sure that I had them but can't find a picture of it. Never the less, you get the picture.

Polishes used are China Glaze - White Out and Sure Promise (black).
