Oh my, what is this? A second post? Yes, it is, maybe you've seen that I'm a bit ahead with this challenge hence that I mostly schedule all posts early in the morning, because believe me, I'm not up that early! ;) And since I don't mind catching up the dates (since I started this some days behind) you'll now get day 13, which is animal print. I didn't want to do the regular (leopard spots or zebra stripes which I btw adore) and I really wanted to challenge my self with something different. Then I saw this amazingly cute fox nail art on pinterest and decided to make my own take on it. Which meant that I cartooned it a bit..haha And I hope you understand how I interpret animal print and fox. A fox really don't have a print per ce, but still with the color and white tipped tail it's still impossible to not interpret it as a fox. Oh well, you get the picture. And yea, I think this is simply so cute and lovely! <3
I actually made a very subtle gradient with the white and the blue which is barely visible in the pics. The rest is done with a dotting tool and fine liner.
Polishes used:
Nordic Cap - NP13
Kleancolor - Black
Kleancolor - Pastel Blue
Kleancolor - Mango
Jordana Pop Art - Black Mark

Poison dart frog nail art
It's Sunday and Lelack's nail art sunday and to day the theme is "Frogs". For those of you who have been following me for awhile, you would know frogs are one of my favorite animals. I love illustrating them with marker pencils, and especially different kind of various poisonous frogs since their colors often are amazing. I've also done two poison dart frog manicures before, so this will be my third. :)
I first made a coral and orange base with CG's Orange You Hot and Flirty Tankini which I sponged together. After that I used my three blue shades and sponged them on diagonally over the nails. I tried making the black spots irregular. At the bottom of the page you'll see the frog of my inspiration if you didn't already knew which one I've been inspired by. ;)

Pumpkins nail art
Hi!
You know the time when you make nail arts or manicures that didn't end up the way you liked? They felt sloppy or made in a hurry and in top of that you didn't have time for a proper cleanup due to the fact the polish really stucked into your cuticles. In normal cases when I'm not content I just start over but as I said, last week I didn't have the time so I'll thought I show you it anyhow.
Above is left hand and below is my right hand. Weirdly I liked my left hand more..
This is nothing new in the nail art world, I think the idea is good, in my case I really don't like that the whole nail art didn't show on the nail. It looks like if my nails are short and the whole pumpkin didn't fit there. And after that I panic and added glitter and matte topcoat and the disaster was on.
Oh well, happy Monday to you'll!

Retro feel mani with blue, orange and black
I must say I like this manicure. It is a bit load and bold and remembers
me of the 80's (correct me if I'm wrong here) or something like that. Anyhow I
think the color combination feels retro. I like the feeling of a sloping funky french as well.
I'm not 100% sure about the polishes but I think the orange and blue are HM nail polish and the black lines are L.A. Colors Art Deco - Black.

Sloping funky french with black, orange and babyblue
Here I've got a simple and abstract sloping funky french with black, orange and babyblue polish. I'm not fully content with the execution of this, i think that the black polish where a bit thick which made it hard to make good precision lines.
And the polishes are:
Blue: Gabrini Elegant
Blue: Gabrini Elegant
Orange: Sure Promise
Black Gabrini Elegant
