NCC presents: Pusheen Cat nail art

Time for my second post for this month for the Nail Challenge Collaborative. The theme is animals as you might has seen in my first post. Just for fun I decided to follow the cartoon style I started by the first post and decided to make the Pusheen cat. If you don't know what the Pusheen cat is, it's an emoticon for fb and I decided to make Pusheen as an accent with a pink balloon. The other nails got a gradient in a bright teal and light gray and then an inverted glitter gradient in b&w on top + a pink pearl rhinestone at the bottom to bring all the colors together in a nice way. Quite happy with this, hope you like it too. :)

Rainbow heart balloon funky french

I guess no one has missed that Me and Zara from Traces Of Polish has a theme week this week called Valentine Polish Week? Everybody is free to ad their posts in the inlinkz linkup and for more info read here.

This is my second post of the day and also something as unusual as a NOTD (that almost never happens here). Before Valentine Polish Week started I had an idea of a nail art I wanted to do which I haven't seen before some where either =my design. Last year I did a balloon funky french and also a christmas ornament funky french in the same style and I knew I wanted to make a heart balloon funky french! I also thought this was a good opportunity to make a political statement; No one choose whom to love and no one should be discriminated for loving somebody, no matter what gender. I'd also like to add that I think all kinds of discrimination sucks, no matter if it's regular bullying or race oriented or something else. Love comes in all colors, shapes and sizes and therefore my heart balloons funky french is rainbow colored. <3

Balloon funky french/ balloon nail art

You might have seen this before since this was a competition contribution at LackyCorner, I did not win, but figured that I might as well show it here as well since I really liked it. Basically I'd like to call it "balloon funky french" even though it could be multiple things like candy or even fish scales.. I really like the bright colors together and it feels very much like a birthday party going on on the nails. I'll definitely remake this more times and in more combinations. :D Also, since it's Sunday, this fits perfectly to Lelack's Nail Art Sunday where more nail art can be found when the link list is completed.
