Essence - Love Is In The Air, swatch

Love Is In The Air is a light yellow creme shade from Essence. It is not a pastel in my eyes, it's too colorful for that but still slightly less bright to be an ordinary yellow. At the first coat it looked super opaque to be a yellow but for this I needed 4 coats to make it fully opaque (even though I did a nail art earlier on one nail where I only needed 3, but guess that was luck) Anyhow, I like the polish, this light yellow without being a pastel actually fill a gap in my stash..didn't have that particular nuance before.






Bought this at DM for 1,55 euro. DM is a german drog store.

    Hoppsan! Jag som älskar gula tycker om det här lite väl mycket med tanke på hur svårt det är att hitta märket i det här landet.

      Ja, det är jäkla trist att inte Essence finns i sverige, de finns ju på varenda hylla i resten av europa nästan. Dock misstänker jag att det skulle vara dyrare i sverige än här. 15 kr skulle de aldrig sälja det för, bredvid depend, 25kr, vivaladiva 50 kr, CG 90 kr, opi 120 kr...

    Such a beautiful colour! I really like this shade, I agree with you on the pastel front, I don't think I would really call it pastel either. It is beautiful though :) xx

      Yea, it's that kind of in between regular yellow and pastel. Quite nice shade though! I love it :D

      Ja, den är superfin! Fast just i detta fall så är det värt, har inte denna gula nyansen och för 15 kr så kan jag köpa ett till.... ^^

      Aw, thank you! I'm happy to hear that, feel that I'm struggling with the light now during winter time, the days are so short. ^^ And yea, I recommend the polish, it's a beautiful nuance, even though the coats are 4. :P
