31DC2015 - Day 5; blue - Matte blue cartoon inspired nails with glitter

If this feels familiar you're correct. ;) This is pretty much the same as my orange look, it's not really because of lack of imagination, when I did the two I thought that it was fun, because it's the same brand of the shredded glitter. So I thought it would be fun to make them as a duo. :)

Essence Satin Matte top coat
KIKO - 341
P2 - Mint Flavour Dots, layering and swatch here
R de L young - Black
1 MM black rhinestones 
(dotting tool)
