31DC2015 - Day 30; Pond stamping in neon green

Day 30 is inspired by a tutorial and I was inspired by rugged_yska's clip of her pond stamping. I knew the basics of course by this was my first try with it. I didn't have the exact same stamping patterns so I picked some I thought fitted well and use a neon green jelly. (And yea, today is also Green Wednesday) I wouldn't say mine is perfect but I loved this so there will be more pond manis and pond stampings in the future for sure!

31DC2015 - Day 23; Green Lantern nail art

Today I'm inspired by a movie and that is the Green Lantern. To be honest I haven't seen the actual movie yet (somehow it feels like the green lantern never has been hyped in sweden? That includes comics and movie) but those of you who have seen it, was it worth it? The reason I did choose it was to also be able to also take part in Karin's Green Wednesday which I've sadly been forced to neglect most parts during this challenge.

Anyhow, the base in a neon saran wrap jelly sandwich, yup you heard it right and I will show pictures alone of it when it this challenge is over. ;) And then I freehanded the rest with black polish, striping polish and a dotting tool. I decided to make the symbol with the negative space method and I much liked the result. :)

31DC2015 - Day 21; NCC presents; The color of the ocean and fishes nail art

Today is a triple day nail art wise. 31 day challenge has the theme inspired by a color and today is also Blue Monday. So I decided to make something blue and of course that also was a fit for the Nail Challenge collaborative theme inspired by pets. I've always wanted cute and colorful little fishes in a fish tank but it has never happened so far.

In my nails it's not clear if the fishes are in a tank or the ocean and to be honest I don't think the particular fish I choose Is possible to have as a pet? But I've always loved the looks of the Longfin Bannerfish so I decided to make them anyhow. A pet I've always wanted to have. :P

What you see is a subtle and maybe too seamless (?) gradient in two blue shades, a black and blue glitter gradient and freehanded little fishes. Hope you'll like them. :)
