Hi everybody! It is Sunday, it's cold and also the last day before we enter October. And I have been awake for awhile :) Today I want to show you a nail art I'm really found of, it's clean yet bold with its large pearl rhinestones and has a super shiny black funky french with a hint of prismatic glitter near the rhinestones. And yes, lots of pictures of it!
I loved wearing it, however when I wore it my nails were very weak. To help my nails I used a thin layer of acrylic over my natural nail to strengthening it. Clumsy me managed howeverto be too messy with the application of acrylic (too close to the cuticles) and therefore my cuticles got really swollen after some days (not in the pictures) so I had to remove this nail art sooner that I wanted to. In my world I wanted to wear it on until the polish would chip/show tip wear, but now I think I took it of after 4-5 days.
Polishes:
Gabrini Elegant (black creme)
Sure Promise (prismatic glitter)
5MM pearl rhinestones
3MM pearl rhinestones
2MM pearl rhinestones

Red sloping funky french with black and white and small accent hearts
Hi, hope everyone is having a nice Saturday! For today I will show you a simple, yet fun sloping funky french. I really like combinations where I have black and white +color(s) since I think they emphasize each other. Here I also like the effect of the naked nail creating it own lines between the black and white lines. For this nail art I also have small flat glitter hearts in read as accent nails.
Polishes used:
Paris Memories - 243 (red) Such a beautiful red with this awesome golden shimmer that glows from within. Yummy.

Water marble nail art test x 2
Here I have my very first and second water marble nail art. It's the lazy kind of water marble nail art, you know, dipping all nails in the same time so the pattern becomes very random. Another thing to note is that all pictures are without top coat, so they are not shiny. =/ And another thing is that my pictures seems a bit out of focus, that's sad but I hope you forgive me for that. ;)
And the one below is from the second attempt.
Some nails came out less nice and some of them very nice I think. I like my thumb in the upper pictures and the swirls on index and pointer at the picture right above, not together though.;) However more water marble to come and I think they improve each time :)

Liebster Award
I've recieved the Liebster award from Shortylegs and finally I've completed it. So for the readers not interested in stuff like this can just skip this post and come back later for more nail art. :)
* Answer the 11 questions the other came up for you.
* Think of 11 new questions for the ones you will nominate.
* Nominate 11 other bloggers with less then 200 followers.

2. I love chocolate in all forms.
3. I like baking. Like cute cupcakes with beautiful topping.
4. I like cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
5. I love animals, especially dogs.
6. I’m a big fan of insects of all kinds (except ants), because I think they are beautiful.
7. I’m an industrial design student.
8. I collect jewelries.
9. I love go out fishing.
10. Except for nailpolish I also like makeup, wearing it almost every day.
11. I love fruit and berries, especially strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
Money, health and a happy life for me and the people I like.
2) What is your favorite nail polish at the moment?
Iiih, can’t decide! They are so different. I guess that I really like W7- salt n pepper and Ninja Polish - floam, and Humble bee. I guess that they are my most unique polishes so at this point those are my three favorites at the moment. But ask me tomorrow and I would maybe say something else. ;)
3) What made you start blogging?
I love reading nail blogs, and thought that it would be fun to share my nail art to the “world”.
4) Do you prefer gold or silver jewelry?
I like both but I’m definitely a silver jewelry person.
5) Do you have a person that inspires you? Who is it?
Blogwise there is a ton of people that inspires me. I like googeling different nail art and there is so many talented girls out there. To mention someone love4nails is amazing in nail art.
6) Do you have a quote, motto or saying that you live your life by?
No, not really.
7) What are your 5 must have makeup products right now?
I’ve fallen for body shops foundation and brush (is that one or two things?) so foundation is a must, then powder(bodyshop) and rouge(isadora), and eyeliner(paris memories) and mascara(maybelline).
8) Name 3 products you regret buying.
Luckily I always plan my more expensive purchases so there’s no regrets. Smaller things are easier to regret. Like I bought an extra L.A. colors art deco –mint when I already have one (and it isn’t good so I definitely didn’t need an extra) and of cause I regret some ebay purchases that have proven to be less nice that I originally have thought but that have been 1$things so expectations was low originally. Otherwise I can’t come up with something.
9) Do you have any phobias?
No, nothing I can think about. Or well, public toilets.
10) What is your favorite color?
Hard to decide, I like pretty much all of them, but green has a special place in my heart.
11) Do you like to wear bold makeup or are you more a fan of natural makeup?
I like wearing bold makeup at all times (ehm not at home being alone Sunday-like total addict though). I feel most comfortable with some makeup on, and if I put on makeup I easily where everything and not just mascara.
2. I you have to choose one thing, would you fix your hair or you’re makeup before leaving home?
3. And depending on what you choose above, would you fix your [] or nails if you only was allowed to do one?
4. If someone wanted to buy all your nail polishes, would you agree and in that case to what price?
5. Name the ugliest polish you’ve seen if there is one?
6. Name the nail art kind, if there is any, that you can’t stand see or at least like the least?
7. If you would get a disease that makes your nails be super short (they just don’t grow) forever, would you live with it or start using fake nails?
8. What’s your favorite nail polish color and finish?
9. What’s your favorite nail art kind?
10. Is there any reason that would made you stop painting your nails?
11. What's the funniest/your favorite name of a nail polish (ie. not the brand)?

Black and white funky french with dots and accent butterfly nail art
Here I have a nail art mani that I'm not so content with, execution wise, I mean, did I even use a dotting tool? However, the little butterfly is cute at least.
Polishes used it Paris Memories in black and white. Details are with L.A. Colors Art Deco and Sure Promise.

Braided accent nail art
This nail art has simple regular fingers but one nail I really worked on. I guess that you an see which one. ;) It was quite some time ago I made this, and I think that it's time for me to try this out again (the braided part). Hope you like it despite the "non-quality" of the pictures.

Purple shimmer with rhinestones
Hi everybody, hope you're all having an awesome Sunday!
For today I have a very simple nail art, maybe nail art in its simplest form. Still I find it very beautiful. :)
It is inspired by some earrings I've got as you will see in the last picture.
Different light settings to show the color of the nails. I like the above picture the best because I think that the depth of the color is more prominent there.
And the inspiration of the nail art, namely cute little swans with a rhinestone in the middle as you might see clearer in the one I'm holding. Afterwards I realized that I've seen this before in a Pink youtube, where she has long fake nails i white creme with a rhinestone on each nail.
When I wore this, a male acquaintance was amazed over the fact that the rhinestones where placed "exactly" in the middle in each nail and from the same length of the tip. Like "yes, I tried my best placing them". ;P

Matte and shiny manicure with stamping
Back from adventures including trying out zip lining :) . To day I will show you a matte and shiny manicure. I really like the thought of the effect of matte and shiny together so this is a try I made some time ago. I think it worked fine and looked really nice irl but I hope you'll get the picture from the image below. A problem could have been the fact that the silver I choose wasn't shiniest one ever.
I used OPI - Lincoln Park After Dark as a matte background and then stamped flowers with L.A. Colors Art Deco - Silver (which is non-matte). I really like the color of LPAF, a totally aubergine-like color in combination of silver. So, hoped you liked it! :)

Pastel green + dark green crackle
We have all seen it several times and my pictures are a bit crappy but I just wanna say that I like it. :) I'm talking about China Glaze - Re-fresh Mint.
And the color pastel green. Anyone who have something that they associate this color with? When I see this color, some key words pop out, and that is: spring time, mint flavored things, hospital scrubs and mould. Not in the same time though.
And the "nail art" to go along.. Isadora Graffiti - Subway Green.
The few times I come around and make crackle manicures I've noticed that I often want to use the same color for base and crackle (just different nuances). I guess I imagine that it will look better like that.

Uninhibited Glow Stick
hihi, laughs at my cunning title.. ;) Before the autumn fully take's it grip I want to show you some neon. I do love neon and as a bonus there will be a neon comparison here as well, but we'll start with the nail art.
First we have Orly - Glow stick and over that I made a glitter gradient with L.A. girl - Uninhibited. I think I maybe did the gradient too glittery making it too black but I really like the concept of neon color and matte black glitter!
I really like the color of Glow Stick, it's such a great yellow neon color. It stands out from my other yellow neons because it has a hint of green in it making it "cold" and even more "neon".
Obviously I made a mini comparison:
Since neons always tend to be sheer I have a white base on all nails. All polishes have two coats on them, even though Funky yellow could have done with just one and maybe YPDB could have needed one extra coat, thinking back. My fingers looks really brown but I think that the nails are correct and that's the most important. As you can see Glowstick is really less yellow that the others. Kleancolor - Funky yellow is the most yellow, then followed by China Glaze - Yellow Polka Dot Bikini.
And the nail art on the comparison nails: I actually think that the difference of the polishes comes out even more with the black glitter.
And the last picture is with a giant cloudberry. When I wore this nails me and my dad where picking them. :)

Kleancolor - Metallic Black
A short post with few pictures. However this is Kleancolor - Metallic Black. I thought that I wouldn't like it but bought it anyhow. After I'd tried it all my opinions was changed, I love it! One coat and perfect formula. :)

Holographic and duochrome tribal feel tape mani
I think that the title is funnier than the actual result. This was my second try with tape, my first can be seen here. And I think this one is worse, maybe because the last one was random and in this one all nails was suppose to be the same.
However, I had my Catherine Arley 667 on and when the tip wear came I didn't wan't to remove the whole thing so I decided to elongate it with nail art. So first I taped my nails and painted them black and let it dry. After that I painted the supposed duochrome green-blue over it.
However I didn't like that they were so different looking so I figured that a fine liner would solve it.
Said and done I choose a blue fine liner and tried correcting my earlier mistakes. Afterwards I realized that I probably just could have freehanded this whole thing better now when I had used fine liner over where the supposed crisp edges from the tape would have been. This was the result:
I actually thought that it felt a bit tribal, or some african flag-looking like.
I'm not sure if I like this combination, the holo needs a long nail to properly show the rainbows which it didn't got here. And the duochrome HM -Lady Luck, I confess it is douchrome in the bottle but less on the nails and the little tip it got here didn't enhance any duochrome color if there was any from the beginning. But despite that, I think that it look okay at least or what do you think?

Catherine Arley - 667, swatch
I have a really busy weekend so I'll probably will not have time to be as active as I usually am at the blogosphere. I will have time for that Monday night I figure, I've also got a reward to answer so that will be then. :D
For today I have a gray scatter holo to show, namely Catherine Arley - 667. I really love holo polishes and I think I've got too few, I would definitely wish for more, or well get around and buy the pricy little devils my self because I do like the linear ones better.
The two above is captured over a lamp (yellow ones sadly) because I had a hard time actually finding the rainbows on film even though I saw the subtle scatter rainbows in real life. Worth mentioning is that this is one of the newer less holographic batches from what I understand.
And the picture above is how it looks without the rainbows, almost like the tip of a graphite pen. I must say that I really like how it looks both when being holographic and without.
The downside of this polish is that it is very thin and for this I must have used 5-6 coats (or 6-7..). Drying time is however very fast and the finish is amazing, it looks like a glass surface over the nails and that is without top coat. The next time I'll use it I'll layer it over a gray I think.
And tomorrow I've got a nail art with this. ;) *teasing* ;)

Zebra funky french in blue, pink and yellow
Here I have a 3 years old(!) zebra funky french with a hot pink base and blue zebra stripes. I also have a yellow glittery stripe over the tip and one accent nail with blue all over. I actually was planing to make some sort of decoration on that nail but I guess that I wasn't content with it so I covered it.
I actually think I like the non accent variant better even though I think all of this nail art is in an unusual color combination that either is fun or just ugly. I don't know. :)
